Based on the information-based performance evaluation platform,with the goal of quantitative automation,precision and service-oriented assessment,through the research on the informatization reform of nurses’assessment in the Department of respiratory medicine of Mudanjiang Affiliated Hospital,the informatization performance platform of nurses can fully meet the needs of the development of hospital informatization.
