摘要
外倾式钢箱拱桥是一种极具美学价值的桥梁结构形式,多用于城市景观桥梁,但其异型的设计使得该桥型的构造和受力极为复杂。本文以府河大桥为工程背景,对三跨连续横向超宽的曲线梁非对称外倾式钢箱拱桥施工过程中不同附件的结构内力进行数值仿真分析,基于计算结果提出混凝土拱肋、钢-混连接段、钢箱拱以及钢箱梁等关键施工技术与施工控制方案,较好地解决了空间曲面混凝土拱肋悬臂施工、外倾式钢箱拱安装及调整等难题,以确保工程优质、安全、高效完成,为以后类似结构桥梁施工积累宝贵经验。
As a kind of bridge structure with great aesthetic value,the outturning steel box arch bridge is mostly used in urban landscape bridge,but its special-shaped design makes the structure and force of the bridge extremely complicated.With the Fuhe Bridge as the engineering background,the numerical simulation was performed to analyze the structural internal forces of different attachments during the process of a three-span continuous and ultra-wide curved beam asymmetric camber steel box arch bridge.According to the calculation results,the key technologies and construction control schemes were put forward for concrete arch ribs,steel-concrete mixed connection section,steel box arch,and steel box girder construction,which successfully solved the problems of space curved concrete arch rib cantilever construction,and the installation and adjustment of the cambered steel box arch to ensure the high-quality,safe and efficient completion of the project.It will accumulate valuable experience for the construction of similar bridges in the future.
