摘要 胶轮有轨电车系统特指比亚迪云巴系统(以下简称“云巴”),是比亚迪公司近期推出的胶轮导向有轨电车制式。云巴制式的轨道梁桥结构技术处于空白状态。为适应技术发展,通过收集国内仅有的云巴相关资料,结合云巴桥梁结构特点对云巴轨道梁结构选择、墩柱形式进行研究。经方案比选分析后初步拟定轨道梁横截面、标准跨度及桥墩结构形式,并构建有限元模型进行仿真分析。结果表明,采用25 m双线三跨连续刚构轨道梁系统结构安全可靠、舒适,并可实现工厂化、模块化及节段拼装施工,能有效提高施工效率、降低工程投资、有利环保。 Rubber-wheeled tramcar system refers to BYD Yunba system(hereinafter referred to as"Yunba"),which is the rubber-wheeled guided tramcar system recently launched by BYD.Yunba track beam bridge structure technology is in a blank state.In order to adapt to the development of technology,by collecting the only relevant data of Yunba Pakistan railway and combining with the structural characteristics of Yunba bridge,the structural selection of Yunba track beam and the form of pier column are studied.After scheme comparison and analysis,the cross section of track beam,standard span and bridge pier structure are preliminarily determined,and the finite element model is built for simulation analysis.The results show that the structure of 25 m double track and three span continuous rigid frame track beam system is safe,reliable and comfortable,and can realize the industrialized,modular and segmental assembly construction,which can effectively improve the construction efficiency,reduce the project investment and benefit the environmental protection.
