不平衡连续梁边跨直线段施工技术

摘要 浩吉铁路是目前国内最长运煤专运重载铁路线(蒙西到华中煤运铁路),浩吉铁路上吉安赣江特大桥(90+180+90)m连续刚构拱跨江西省吉安市赣江,位于14-18 m深的赣江上。该特大桥为不平衡T构,采用悬臂浇筑施工。结合吉安赣江特大桥180 m连续刚构拱施工现场情况,主要从不平衡节段浇筑的配重处理、边跨直线段的施工顺序、支架方案的设置等施工工序要点进行介绍,可为类似受环境条件限制且有特殊设计工艺要求的项目提供参考。 The Haolebaoji-Ji'an Railway is the longest coal transport line in China(from west Mongolia to central China),the Ji'an-Ganjiang Bridge of the Haolebaoji-Ji'an Railway has a continuous rigid arch across the Ganjiang River with the structure of(90+180+90)m in Ji'an City,Jiangxi Province,the location of the bridge is the Ganjiang River with a depth of 14~18 m.The bridge is an unbalanced T-structure,which is constructed by cantilever pouring.According to the construction site of the 180 m continuous rigid arch,this paper describes the main construction process points such as the counterweight treatment of unbalanced section casting,the construction sequence of the side-span straight section and the setting of the support scheme,which can provide a good guidance for the special design process requirements in the following restricted environment.
