摘要
针对两河口水电站库周高墩大跨径连续刚构桥施工难题,运用理论分析和现场优化等手段,在分析工程地质、高墩及其对施工安全影响以及大跨径及参数等条件的基础上,确定了悬灌法现浇段施工工艺,提出了大型挂篮模板拼装与定位方法,确定了混凝土浇筑、大体积混凝土预应力张拉与压浆等一系列施工方法,保证了高墩大跨径桥梁结构稳定和施工安全。
For solving the construction problems of the continuous rigid bridge with the high-pier and long-span at the Lianghekou hydropower stations,theoretical analysis and on-site optimization and other means were used.On the basis of analyzing the conditions of engineering geology,high-pier and its impact on construction safety,as well as the large span diameter and parameters,the construction process of the current section of the suspension irrigation method was determined,and the method of assembly and positioning of large hanging basket templates was proposed.A series of construction methods such as concrete pouring,pre-stressed tensile and pulping of large volumes concrete were determined.These could ensure the stability of the structure of the high-rise cross-path bridge and the construction safety.
