摘要
本文以小浪底引黄工程2#引水隧洞34+090~47+430段辅助坑道施工为背景,针对原设计方案存在的施工成本高、效率低下、安全风险高、环境影响大等问题,结合工程实际对辅助坑道平面位置、纵向坡度、坑道断面、施工条件等进行方案优化调整研究,并从进度、安全、成本三个方面对原设计方案与优化后的方案进行对比分析。实践证明,采用优化后的辅助坑道施工方案有效解决了出渣、材料运输等难题,达到了“保工期、降成本、防风险、护环境”的目的,可为今后类似工程建设提供借鉴。
This paper is based on the construction of auxiliary tunnel at 34+090~47+430 section of No.2 diversion tunnel of Xiaolangdi Yellow River Diversion Project as the background.In view of the problems existed in the original design,such as high construction cost,low efficiency,high safety risk and great environmental impact,the author combined with the engineering practice to study the optimization and adjustment of the auxiliary tunnel plane position,longitudinal slope,tunnel section,construction conditions,etc.,and made a comparative analysis between the original design scheme and the optimized scheme from three aspects of construction progress,safety and cost.Practice has proved that the optimized auxiliary tunnel construction scheme can effectively solve the problems of slag discharging and material transportation,and realize the purpose of "ensuring the construction period,reducing the cost,preventing the risk and environmental protection".The project will provide reference for similar engineering construction in the future.
