摘要
针对在建渝怀二线铁路枢纽124 m超高边坡开挖施工技术难题,通过运用理论分析及现场实测等方法,在分析工程地质和边坡环境基础上,提出边坡开挖纵向工区划分和竖向总体开挖施工方法,确定了高陡边坡大孔径深孔台阶爆破参数,明确了炮孔布置、装药结构和起爆网路。现场试验和爆破振动实测结果表明,高边坡爆破方案能够获得较好的爆破效果,可以很好地保证高边坡稳定和结构安全,可为矿山、公路、铁路以及其它类似边坡工程施工提供参考。
Aimed at solving the technical difficulties of excavation and construction of 124 m extra-high slope at Yuhuai second-line railway hub,the methods of theoretical analysis and site testing were used.The vertical work area division and vertical overall excavation process of slope excavation were proposed on the basis of analyzing the engineering geology and slope conditions.And then the blasting parameters of the deep hole steps of the high steep slope were determined.The blast-hole arranging,the loading structure and the blasting network were determined.The field test and the blasting vibration test results show that the high slope blasting scheme can obtain better blasting effect,and guarantee the stability and structural safety of the high slope well,which can be served as reference for the mine,highway,railway and other similar slope projects.
