摘要
随着国际格局和世界秩序的加速变迁,非洲正在成为大国地缘政治与地缘经济竞争的热土。近年来,俄罗斯加大了对非洲的关注力度和资源投入,试图把加强在非洲的存在、提升对非洲的影响作为获得新市场、扩大国际政治影响、拓展外交空间和突破美欧围堵的重要方向。本文着重研究俄罗斯在发展对非洲关系上的优势和弱项,并在此基础上探讨俄罗斯对非洲关系发展的潜力、可能与前景。
With the increasingly rapid changes in the international landscape and world order,Africa is becoming a hot spot for geopolitical and geoeconomic competition among major powers.In recent years,by taking the increase of its presence in and impact on Africa as an important approach to gaining new markets,expanding international political influence and diplomatic space,and breaking through the siege of the United States and Europe,Russia has given more focus and investments on Africa.This paper focuses on the strengths and weaknesses of Russia in developing its relations with Africa,and on this basis discusses the potential,possibility,and prospect of Russia in developing its relations with Africa.
