俄罗斯有着深厚的爱国主义教育传统。普京执政以来一直高度重视爱国主义教育,号召各相关机构和部门充分挖掘其形式和载体,并取得显著成效。近年来,随着克里米亚并入俄罗斯,俄乌关系紧张,与此同时,以美国为首的西方国家对俄制裁不断。另一方面,俄罗斯国内新冠肺炎疫情肆虐、经济发展停滞。在严峻的国内外形势下,进一步加强爱国主义教育已成为俄罗斯的必然选择,其经验与措施可为我国提供启发和借鉴。

Russia has a profound tradition of patriotic education.Since Vladimir Putin came to power,he has been paying great attention to patriotic education.He calls on competent authorities and departments to resort to varieties of forms and methods in this regard,leading to remarkable results.Following the incorporation of Crimea into Russia,Russia-Ukraine relations remained tense in recent years,and sanctions from Western countries led by the United States escalated.On the other hand,the covid-19 is raging in Russia,which hits the development of its national economy.Under the severe domestic and international situation,the strengthening of patriotic education has become an obvious necessity.Russian experience and measures can serve as an example for our country.
