摘要
为了提高双螺杆压缩机的性能,对已有转子型线热动力学性能进行对比。提出4种螺杆压缩机型线:(a)4/6齿型线;(b)优化4/6齿型线;(c)优化外径4/6齿型线;(d)优化4/5齿型线。对所提出的4种压缩机型线的齿间容积,齿顶间隙总面积,接触线面积以及泄漏三角形面积进行了对比。在此基础上,对已有型线进行试验研究,优化所开发的热动力学模型,并使用该模型对所提出的4种型线的体积流量,功率与比功率进行计算对比,得出优选型线为型线(c)与型线(d),考虑到加工成本与效率,得出最优型线为型线(d)。
In order to improve the performance of twin-screw compressors,the thermodynamic performance of existing rotor profiles is compared.First,four screw compressor profiles are proposed:(a)4/6 tooth profile,(b)optimized 4/6 tooth profile,(c)optimized outer diameter 4/6 tooth profile and(d)optimized 4/5 tooth profile.The chamber volume,tip clearance area,contact line area and leak triangle area of the four proposed compressor profiles were compared.On this basis,first of all,this paper first conducts experimental research on existing profiles,optimizes the developed thermodynamic model,and uses this model to calculate and compare the volume flow rate,power and specific power of the four proposed profiles.The optimal profile is the(c)and(d).Considering the processing cost and efficiency,the optimal profile is obtained as(d).
