摘要
近年来,生物医用材料诱导组织再生成为再生医学领域的重要研究和发展方向,材料拓扑结构对细胞行为的调控越来越受研究者的重视。高分子纤维基材料的化学性质与拓扑结构具有高度可控性,在再生医学领域中有着巨大的应用潜力。围绕高分子纤维基材料的拓扑结构,从单纤维结构与集合体结构两方面阐述其对细胞黏附铺展、增殖、迁移及分化等行为的调控作用,这对设计和研发新型诱导组织再生的高分子纤维基材料具有一定的理论意义。
Recently,biomedical materials induced tissue regeneration field play an important role in regenerative medicine.Increasing attention has been devoted to the influence of biomaterials with topological structures on cell behaviors.Collected evidences have shown that fiber-based polymer composites owned the advantage of highly controllable chemical properties and topological structures,allowing for their abroad applications in the field of regenerative medicine.This thesis has su mmarized the influence of fiber-based polymer composites with single mode structure or aggregate structure on regulating cell behavior,including adhesion,proliferation,migration,and differentiation,holding the great potentials in promoting the development of polymer fiber-based tissue engineering.
