煤矸石陶粒混凝土毛细吸水性研究

EXPERIMENTAL STUDY ON THE WATER TRANSPORT PROPERTY OF COAL GANGUE CERAMIC CONCRETE

摘要 为了研究煤矸石陶粒对混凝土毛细吸水性能的影响,参照美国材料与试验协会推荐的评价方法,开展了煤矸石陶粒混凝土毛细吸水的试验研究,并与普通碎石骨料混凝土试件水分传输性能进行了对比分析,探究了煤矸石陶粒掺量对混凝土水分传输指标(试件累积吸水量和吸水速率)的影响规律。研究结果表明,煤矸石陶粒作为粗骨料对混凝土水分传输性能有一定的影响,煤矸石陶粒的掺入使混凝土试件的累积吸水量和吸水速率均不同程度提高,煤矸石陶粒混凝土累积吸水量与时间平方根关系与四次幂函数吻合较好。与普通碎石骨料相比,当煤矸石陶粒全部替代普通碎石粗骨料时,试件的初始吸水率增加了87%,第二阶段吸水率增加了31%。 In order to verify the influence of the coal gangue ceramic on water transport properties of concrete,the method recommended by the American Society for Testing and Materials(ASTM)was adopted.The capillary water absorption of coal gauge ceramic concrete samples was analyzed,and the capillary water absorption capacity of the traditional gravel coarse aggregate concrete samples was also studied as reference.The influences of the dosage of the coal gangue ceramic on the indexes(the cumulative mass of water absorption,initial rate of absorption and the second rate of absorption)of water absorption were compared.The results demonstrated that the water transport properties of the concrete was affected by the coal gangue ceramic,the cumulative mass of water absorption,water absorption rate increased with the increasing of the coal gangue ceramic dosage.The relationship between the cumulative water absorption of coal gangue ceramic concrete and the square root of time was in good agreement with the fourth power function.Compared to the traditional gravel coarse aggregate concrete,the initial rate of absorption of the samples with the replacement of 100%increased by 87%and the second rate of absorption of the specimens increased by 31%.
