环氧钢筋的耐腐蚀性能研究 被引量:3

摘要 沿海混凝土结构常年暴露于高腐蚀氯盐环境中,存在较高的结构锈蚀风险,且锈蚀是导致沿海混凝土结构耐久能下降的主要原因。文中阐述了环氧树脂涂层钢筋对结构的防护机理、涂层破损检测方法,针对钢筋表面涂料的发展、环氧涂层钢筋耐蚀性能与环氧涂层钢筋对结构耐久性影响等方面开展国内外研究进展与应用现状开展对比分析,最后基于现有工程应用现状对环氧涂层钢筋的经济效益、组合应用方法、未来工程应用发展前景等重要问题做出了展望。 The coastal concrete structures are exposed to high-corrosion chloride salt environment all year round,which has a high risk of structural corrosion,and corrosion is the main reason for the decline of the durability of coastal concrete structures.The present article describes the protective mechanism of epoxy-coated steel bars to the structure,and the detection method of coating damage.The development of the coating on the surface of the steel bars,the corrosion resistance of the epoxy-coated steel bars,and the impact of the epoxy-coated steel bars on the durability of the structure are carried out.A comparative analysis of the research progress and application status at home and abroad is carried out.Finally,based on the current situation of engineering application,the economic benefits of epoxy-coated steel bars,combined application methods,and future engineering application development prospects are prospected.
