赣鄱民众心理需求浅析——以江西省心理援助与研究中心热线来电为例

摘要 促进民众心理健康、提升百姓幸福感一直是党和国家关注的重点和努力的方向。江西省心理援助与研究中心作为社会组织,以“加强心理健康服务、健全社会心理服务体系”为己任,致力于为民众提供有效、专业的社会心理援助热线服务。本研究根据接到江西省内152通来电热线,尝试探索民众心理需求,以及与性别、年龄、职业、婚姻状况、来电主题、问题严重程度等相关因素差异分析,为民众社会心理需求提供精准服务。 Promoting the public's mental health and happiness has always been the focus of the CPC and the government.As a social organization,Jiangxi Psychological Aid and Research Center takes“strengthening mental health service and improving social psychological service system”as its responsibility and is committed to providing the public with effective,professional hotline service on social psychological assistance.Based on 152 telephone hotline messages received in Jiangxi Province,this paper explores the public's psychological needs,and analyzes the differences between the needs and the related factors such as gender,age,occupation,marital status,topic,the severity of the problem etc.so as to provide more targeted services to meet the public's psychological needs.
