乡村旅游开发中土地流转研究进展与展望

Research Progress and Prospect of Land Circulation in Rural Tourism Development

文章运用文献比较法、Pearson Correlation分析法,对近20年乡村旅游土地流转的研究成果进行系统的梳理、归纳和总结,得出以下五个结论:乡村旅游下的土地流转模式研究将成为研究的热点;农民在土地流转中的决策与决策行为逐渐受到重视;研究从单一关注乡村旅游土地流转的经济效应到关注生态环境和文化多重效应并重;旅游扶贫推动下的农村土地流转是近年的研究重点;研究方法上以定性描述为主,偶有少量数学模型应用其中,有方法多样化趋势。

In this paper,the author uses the literature comparison and Pearson Correlation analysis method to systematically sort out and summarize the research findings of rural tourism land circulation of the past 20 years.The author draws the following five conclusions:first,researches on land circulation mode in rural tourism will become the focus;secondly,farmers'decision-making and decision-making behaviors in land circulation gradually draw attention;thirdly,there is a shift of focus on effects of land circulation in rural tourism from single economic effect to multiple effects resulted from ecological environment and culture;fourthly,rural land circulation promoted by tourism poverty alleviation has been the focus of researches in recent years;and lastly qualitative description serves as the major research method,with a few mathematical modes applied,indicating a trend of diversified methods.
