对大学生社会化过程中教化矛盾的认识

Understanding of the Contradictions of Education in the Process of College Students'Socialization

大学生社会化是一个个体与社会互动的过程。在此过程中,无论是社会化实施机构的“教化”,还是社会化受教者的“内化”,以及两者的结合,都会发生矛盾和冲突。上述矛盾既会对大学生的社会化造成负面影响,也会产生驱动作用。妥善解决上述矛盾的措施,从社会化实施机构的角度来看,要加强整合,增强社会化教化方式、方法、途径与手段的科学性;从大学生自身角度来看,要提高对教化矛盾心理的承受能力,以及解决矛盾的认知能力和应变能力。

The socialization of college students is a process of interaction between individuals and society.In this process,contradictions and conflicts will occur whether it is the“enlightenment”from socialization implementing agencies,or the“internalization”of the socialization individual,or the combination of the two.The above-mentioned contradictions may have negative effects on college students and positive effects as well.As far as the socialization enforcement institutions are concerned,in order to properly solve the contradictions,they should strengthen integration,enhance the scientific nature of socialization education in the aspects of its modes,approaches,methods and means.On the other hand,as far as the socialization individual or the college student is concerned,he or she should increase the physiological bearing capacity towards the education contradictions,and improve the cognitive ability and social adaptability required for solving the contradictions.
