国家文化安全威胁路径与对策研究

Research on the threat path and Countermeasure of national cultural security

文化是立国之本、兴国之基,是中华民族伟大复兴的根本,因而必须重视国家文化安全问题。分析认为,当前中国国家文化安全面临全球化背景下外国文化入侵、中国文化走出去背景下的再输入、快节奏背景下的传统文化被抛弃、利益驱动下的他者文化植入等四种威胁路径,必须提升国民文化自信、加大外国文化审核力度、仔细甄别中国文化符号的再输入,并传承创新发展中国传统文化、树立可持续发展思想认知地方文化价值,方可确保国家文化安全,夯实国人民族精神和国家思想根基。

Culture is the foundation of the country,and also the foundation of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.Therefore,it is must to attach importance to the issue of national cultural security.According to the dnalysis,Chind's ndtional cultural security is faced with four threat paths:foreign cultural invasion in the con text of globaliza ti on,re-inpu t in the con text of Chinese culture going out,aband on ment of traditional culture in the context of fast-paced,and implantation of other culture driven by interests.We must enhance the confidence of Chinese culture,strengthen the audit of foreign culture,and carefully screen the input of Chinese cultural symbols Only by in herit ing,in novating and develop ing Chinese traditi ondl culture,establishi ng the idea of sustainable development and recognizing the local cultural value,can we ensure the national cultural security and consolidate the national spirit and ideological foundation of the Chinese people.
