带锁髓内钉固定结合术后骨康胶囊治疗四肢创伤性骨折后骨不连患者的效果及对血清ALP、OPG水平的影响

Effect of Interlocking Intramedullary Nail Fixation Combined with Gukang Capsule After Operation on Bone Nonunion After Traumatic Fracture of Extremities and its Influence on Serum ALP and OPG Levels

目的研究带锁髓内钉固定结合术后骨康胶囊治疗四肢创伤性骨折后骨不连患者的效果及对血清ALP、OPG水平的影响。方法本次研究对象均来自于2017年2月—2019年6月在郑州大学第一附属医院治疗的四肢创伤骨折骨不连患者60例,将以上患者随机分为两组,每组患者30例。观察组患者采取带锁髓内钉固定结合术后骨康颗粒治疗,对照组患者采取带锁髓内钉固定治疗。观察两组患者的治疗效果、术后Lane-Sandhu评分、血清ALP、OPG水平以及骨代谢水平之间的差异。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率(86.67%)显著高于对照组(63.33%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的术后Lane-Sandhu评分明显优于对照组,经过治疗后,两组患者的血清ALP、OPG水平均显著升高,且观察组患者的血清ALP、OPG水平显著高于对照组,两组患者的血清ⅠCTP、PⅠCP、BGP均显著提高,且观察组患者的血清ⅠCTP、PⅠCP、BGP显著高于对照组。结论带锁髓内钉固定结合术后骨康胶囊治疗四肢创伤性骨折后骨不连患者血清ALP、OPG水平显著提升,效果显著,建议临床推广。

Objective To study the effect of interlocking intramedullary nail fixation combined with Gukang capsule in treating nonunion after traumatic fracture of extremities and its influence on serum levels of ALP and OPG.Methods The subjects of this study were 60 patients with traumatic fracture nonunion of extremities treated in the hospital from February,2017 to June,2019.The patients were randomly divided into two groups,with 30 patients in each group.The patients in the observation group were treated with interlocking intramedullary nail fixation combined with Gukang granule after operation,while those in the control group were treated with interlocking intramedullary nail fixation.The therapeutic effect,Lane-Sandhu score,serum ALP,OPG levels and bone metabolism levels of the two groups were observed.Results The total effective rate of the observation group(86.67%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(63.33%),with statistical significance(P<0.05).The Lane-Sanahu score of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group.After treatment,the serum ALP and OPG levels of the two groups were significantly increased,and the serum.ALP and OPG levels were significantly higher than those of the control group.Serum I CTP,P I CP and BGP levels of the two groups were significantly increased.Serum I CTP,P I CP and BGP levels of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group.Conclusion The level of serum ALP and OPG in patients with nonunion after traumatic fracture of extremities treated with interlocking intramedullary nail fixation combined with Gukang capsule after operation has been significantly increased,and the effect is remarkable.It is recommended to be popularized in clinic.
