空气波压力治疗仪联合康复护理对胃癌患者术后康复及深静脉血栓的影响

Effect of Air Wave pressure Therapy Instrument Combined with Rehabilitation Nursing on Postoperative Rehabilitation and Deep Vein Thrombosis of Gastric Cancer Patients

目的空气波压力治疗仪联合康复护理在胃癌术后患者中的应用效果。方法回顾性分析2017年11月—2019年7月江西省泰和县人民医院收治的86例胃癌患者的临床资料,根据护理方式的不同分为观察组和对照组,各43例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在此基础上实施空气压力波治疗仪联合康复护理,对比两组术后康复、静脉流速及下肢深静脉血栓(LEDVT)发生情况。结果观察组术后肠鸣音恢复、下床活动、住院时间分别为(17.78±5.12)h、(19.14±4.77)h、(7.25±1.12)d均短于对照组;观察组干预7 d后股静脉、腘静脉血流速度分别为(24.49±5.24)cm/s、(15.49±3.24)cm/s快于对照组;观察组LEDVT发生率为4.65%低于对照组的23.26%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胃癌患者应用空气波压力治疗仪联合康复护理能够促进术后恢复,加快静脉血流速度,减少LEDVT的发生。

Objective The application effect of air wave pressure therapy instrument combined with rehabilitation nursing in patients after gastric cancer surgery.Methods The clinical data of 86 patients with gastric cancer admitted to the hospital from November,2017 to July,2019 were retrospectively analyzed.According to the different nursing methods,they were divided into observation group and control group,with 43 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing care,and the observation group received air pressure wave therapy instrument combined with rehabilitation nursing on this basis.The postoperative rehabilitation,venous flow rate and the occurrence of deep vein thrombosis(LEDVT)of the lower limbs were compared between the two groups.Results The postoperative bowel sounds recovery,getting out of bed,and hospitalization time in the observation group were(17.78±5.12)h,(19.14±4.77)h,and(7.25±1.12)d,respectively,which were shorter than those of the control group.The blood flow velocities of femoral vein and popliteal vein 7 days after intervention of observation group were(24.49±5.24)cm/s and(15.49±3.24)cm/s,respectively,which were faster than those of the control group.The incidence of LEDVT in the observation group was 4.65%,which was lower than 23.26%in the control group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of air wave pressure therapy instrument combined with rehabilitation nursing for patients with gastric cancer can promote postoperative recovery,speed up venous blood flow,and reduce the incidence of LEDVT.
