摘要
新时代“三农”发展的新形势与新任务,对高等农业院校农村科技服务能力提出了新要求。从能力形成基础、能力形成机制和能力最终呈现三个维度梳理高等农业院校农村科技服务能力要素,并厘清它们之间的内在关系,构建符合我国国情的高等农业院校农村科技服务能力层次结构,有助于高等农业院校更好地瞄准新时代“三农”发展的实际要求,有的放矢地加强农村科技服务能力建设,更好地肩负起以科技驱动乡村振兴的使命担当。
the new situation and task of the development of"agriculture,rural areas and farmers"in the new era put forward new requirements for the rural science and technology service ability of agricultural colleges and universities.Combing the elements of rural science and technology service ability of agricultural colleges and universities from the three dimensions of ability formation foundation,ability formation mechanism and ability finally present,And clarify the internal relationship between them,and build a hierarchical structure of rural science and technology service capacity of agricultural colleges and universities in line with China's national conditions,It is helpful for agricultural colleges and universities to better aim at the actual requirements of the development of"agriculture,rural areas and farmers"in the new era,strengthen the construction of rural science and technology service capacity,and better shoulder the mission of science and technology drive Rural Revitalization.
