社区卫生服务中心应对新型冠状病毒肺炎的思考

2019年12月,中国湖北省武汉市发现了不明原因的肺炎病例,经中国疾病预防控制中心证实,这种病毒性肺炎由新型冠状病毒感染所致。基层医疗卫生机构是卫生健康服务体系的网底,对做好新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情的社区防控及关口前移工作具有重要作用。社区卫生服务中心应按照上海市委、市政府统一部署,进一步做好居家和集中隔离医学观察,在防控工作中配备专业人员、细化工作流程、创新管理模式、坚持多方协作,以政策引导为基础提升基层医疗卫生机构应对重大突发公共卫生事件的能力。

In Dec.2019,cases of pneumonia of unknown origin were found in Wuhan,Hubei Province,China,and as confirmed by the Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention,the novel coronavirus infection is the cause of viral pneumonia.Primary medical and health institutions are the bottom of the health service system that play an important role in the community prevention and control of epidemic of corona virus disease 2019 and the advancement of customs.The community health service center should follow the unified deployment of the Shanghai Municipal Committee and the Municipal Government to further improve home and centralized isolation medical observation,and in the prevention and control work,and should equip professionals,refine work processes,innovate management modes,and adhere to multi-party cooperation,and based on policy guidance,the ability of primary medical and health institutions to respond to major public health emergencies is improved.
