氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片治疗冠心病伴颈动脉粥样硬化效果

Effect of amlodipine atorvastatin calcium tablets in the treatment of coronary heart disease with carotid atherosclerosis

目的:探讨氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片治疗冠心病伴颈动脉粥样硬化效果。方法:选择2017年12月—2018年1月江西省南昌市第三医院收治的冠心病伴颈动脉粥样硬化患者132例,随机分为对照组和观察组各66例。对照组予以苯磺酸氨氯地平片治疗,2.5~5 mg/次,1次/d;观察组予以氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片治疗,5 mg/次,1次/d;两组均以1个月为1个疗程,治疗3个疗程。比较两组治疗前后血脂指标[总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)]水平、颈总动脉内径、颈内动脉内径、颈动脉内膜中层厚度(IMT)和斑块面积变化情况。结果:治疗后,观察组TC、TG、LDL-C水平均低于对照组,HDL-C水平高于对照组(P均<0.05);且观察组颈动脉IMT和斑块面积均低于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论:氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片治疗冠心病伴颈动脉粥样硬化疗效显著,值得临床推荐。

Objective:To explore the effect of amlodipine atorvastatin calcium tablets in the treatment of coronary heart disease with carotid atherosclerosis.Methods:One hundred and thirty-two cases of coronary heart disease with carotid atherosclerosis who were admitted to the Third Hospital of Nanchang City,Jiangxi Province from December 2017 to January 2018 were selected and according to the random number table method,divided into a control group and an observation group with 66 cases each.The control group was treated with amlodipine besylate tablets,2.5~5 mg/time,once daily;the observation group was treated with amlodipine atorvastatin calcium tablets,5 mg/time,once daily;the two groups were treated for 1 month as a course,and the treatment was for 3 courses.The changes of blood lipid indexes[total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),highdensity lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)]levels,common carotid artery diameter,internal carotid artery diameter,carotid intima-media thickness(IMT)and plaque area were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,the levels of TC,TG and LDL-C in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the HDL-C level was higher in the observation group than in the control group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);the carotid artery IMT and plaque area in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Amlodipine atorvastatin calcium tablets have a significant effect in the treatment of coronary heart disease with carotid atherosclerosis,and can effectively improve the blood lipid level and IMT,which is worthy of clinical recommendation.
