摘要 铁路事业的蓬勃发展中,铁路系统的可靠性引起大量的关注和研究。从铁路信号产品的角度,以某型安全型继电器为研究对象,基于产品的结构原理和功能,对其进行可靠性模型的建立和设计,结合故障数据的统计,进行故障树的建立和故障模式的识别,提出改进措施,并进行可靠性管理方面的研究。 With the rapid development of railway industry,the reliability of railway system has attracted a lot of attention and research.A certain type of safety relay is selected as the research object,the reliability model is established and the reliability design is carried out based on the structural principles and functions of the product.Combined with the statistics of a large number of fault data,the fault tree is established and the fault mode is identifi ed,the improvement measures are proposed,and the reliability management is studied.
