摘要
GSM-R网络环境下,铁路车载终端在开机后所占用基站覆盖信号并非当前所在线路覆盖最好的基站,而是一个与该线路并行或交越的其他线路且覆盖信号较差的一个基站,进而导致呼叫错误、无法呼通、掉话以及CTCS-3降级等现象。通过分析接口监测数据及现场测试,发现该问题的发生与车载终端的小区选择机制有关。通过实际发生的两个案例,提出故障分析方法,并通过频率规划、优化覆盖、参数设置、短号码设置等相关措施予以解决。
In the GSM-R network environment,the coverage signal of the base station occupied by the railway onboard terminal after starting up is not the base station with the best coverage of the current line,but a base station of other lines parallel or crossed with the line and with poor coverage signal,resulting in phenomena such as call errors,call failure,dropped calls and CTCS-3 degradation,etc.Through the analysis of interface monitoring data and on-site tests,it is found that the occurrence of this problem is related to the cell selection mechanism of onboard terminal.Through two actual cases,a fault analysis method is proposed,and the problem is solved through frequency planning,optimization of coverage parameter setting,short number setting and other relevant measures.
