直接纱双分拉产品可燃物含量偏差问题的研究

摘要 玻璃纤维直接无捻粗纱产品生产过程中双分拉及多分拉工艺会出现丝筒之间可燃物含量差异问题,给生产调整带来较大难度。通过试验,得出原丝喷雾对浸润剂涂覆、丝束润湿均匀性的重要影响,进而影响产品可燃物含量。因此,原丝生产中要保证喷雾用水及管道清洁,避免喷雾堵塞产生内外筒纱团可燃物含量偏差问题。 During the production process of glass fiber direct rovings,the dual-collet winding and multi-collet winding processes may cause the difference in the combustible matter content between the cakes,which brings big difficulty to the production adjustment.The tests have revealed the important influences of water spray to strands on the sizing agent coating and the wetting uniformity of strands,which in turn affect the combustible matter content in the product.Therefore,in the production of fiberglass strands,it is necessary to ensure that the spray water and its pipeline are clean to avoid the deviation of the combustible matter content in the inner and outer cakes caused by spray blockage.
