山西省肉羊产业发展现状及存在问题分析

Analysis on the development status and existing problems of Shanxi mutton sheep industry

为了对山西省肉羊产业的发展现状进行详细分析,笔者基于2005—2017年山西省肉羊产业相关数据,分析山西省肉羊产业发展趋势,找出当前山西省肉羊产业发展过程中存在的一些问题并提出建议。结果表明:山西省肉羊产业存在规模较小、养殖区域不集中、饲养管理技术相对落后、优质饲料供应不充分、国内外竞争压力较大、疾病风险大等问题。针对这些问题提出了扩大生产规模、提升标准化规模养殖水平、提高饲养管理水平、提高优质饲料的供应、积极促进对外交流合作和完善疫病防控网络等建议。

In order to conduct a detailed analysis of the development status of the mutton sheep industry in Shanxi Province,the author analyzed the development trend of the mutton sheep industry in Shanxi Province based on the relevant data of the mutton sheep industry in Shanxi Province from 2005 to 2017,and found out some problems existing in the current development of the mutton sheep industry in Shanxi Province,and presented recommendations.The results showed that the mutton sheep industry in Shanxi Province had some problems such as small scale,inconcentration of breeding areas,relatively backward breeding and management techniques,insufficient supply of high-quality feed,high domestic and foreign competition pressure,and high disease risks.In response to these issues,suggestions were put forward,such as expanding production scale,improving the level of standardized-scale breeding,improving the level of feeding management,improving the supply of highquality feed,actively promoting foreign exchanges and cooperation,and improving the disease prevention and control network.
