摘要
高校老年人才资源是中国社会智力资源的重要组成部分。结合AHP法和SWOT法,运用AHPSWOT分析法,系统分析了高校老年人才资源开发的关键影响因素,并计算各因素权重。结果表明,高校老年人才资源开发必须注重以人为本,从政策、制度和平台等角度出发,实现可持续发展。
The retired aging talent resources in universities were an important part of the intellectual resources in China today.Com⁃bined with AHP method and SWOT method,using AHP-SWOT analysis method,this study systematically analyzed the key influenc⁃ing factors of the development of retired aging talent resources in universities,and calculated the weight of each factor.The results showed that,the development of retired aging talent resources in universities must focus on people-oriented,from the perspective of policy,system and platform to achieve sustainable development.
