摘要
根据我国排烟管道耐火性能要求及判定标准,列举工程案例对检测依据和检测形式的争议,对比分析国内外相关标准对排烟管道耐火性能检测的试验样品、试验工况和试验条件差异及合理性。建议参考欧洲标准,充分考虑排烟管道的实际安装工况和火灾工况,确定排烟管道实际工程运用条件模拟程度更高的耐火性能试验方法,尽早出台排烟管道产品标准和检测标准,以实现对排烟管道在生产、检测、使用和监管环节有据可依的标准化管理。
According to the fireproof performance requirement and the judgment standard of the smoke extraction ducts in China,list the disputes over the basis and form of testing in engineering cases,the difference and rationality of flue specimens and test conditions were compared and analyzed.It is recommended to make reference to European standards,give full consideration to the actual installation conditions and fire conditions of the exhaust pipe,determine the test methods for fire resistance with higher simulation of the actual engineering conditions of the smoke extraction ducts,and issue the product standards and test standards for the exhaust pipe as soon as possible,in order to achieve the purpose of standardized management of smoke extraction ducts in production,testing,use and supervision.
