针对某大型钢质防火卷帘门卷轴与帘板连接脱落的质量问题,通过定性分析和定量受力核算,经济合理地提出防止钢质防火卷帘门帘板脱落的改进方案与对策,并对现行规范提出修改完善建议,从而实现防火卷帘门的运行安全,确保防火卷帘门发挥其应有的防火等功能要求。

Aiming at the quality problem of the joint between rolling axis and the curtain plate in a large steel fire resistant rolling shutter door,the writer puts forward the improvement plans and countermeasures to prevent steel fire resistant rolling shutter door’s curtain plate from dropping economically and reasonably through qualitative analysis and quantitative stress calculation,and also proposes suggestions on modification and perfection in allusion to current criterion;thus the operation safety of fire resistant rolling shutter door can be realized and the fire resistant rolling shutter door can be brought into play its fire protection function and requirement.
