摘要 随着2018年《中共中央国务院关于全面深化新时代教师队伍建设改革的意见》的颁布,党和国家对师德师风建设与师德培养作出了一系列部署,提出了更加明确的要求。师范生的师德培养作为教师职前培养阶段的重要组成,加强其建设不仅是落实立德树人根本任务的必然要求,是新时代教师队伍建设的必然要求,也是师范生个体师德发展的必然要求。当前,师范生师德培养面临边缘化、理论与实践断层、协同育人尚未形成等一系列困境。我们应以《意见》为遵循,从师资队伍建设、课程建设、协同育人、实践教学等方面入手,将师德培养贯穿师范生整个培养过程,推动未来教师队伍师德水平的整体提升,为新时代教师队伍的建设和改革奠定坚实基础。 With the promulgation of the“Opinions of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council on Comprehensively Deepening the Reform of the Teaching Staff of the New Era”,a series of overall arrangements have been made on the explicit requirements ofthe construction and cultivation of teachers morality.The teachers morality course of normal school students is an effective carrier for the teacher s morality training in the pre-service stage.Strengthening its construction is not only an inevitable requirement for the implementation of the fundamental tasks of fostering morality and cultivating students,but also an inevitable requirement for the construction of the teacher team in the new era and the individual development of normal university students.At present,the construction of normal university student s morality curriculum is facing a series of predicaments such as the marginalization of the curriculum,the breaking of theoretical and practical courses,and the unfolding of collaborative education.We should follow the“Opinions”to implement the teacher s morality training throughout the training process of normal school students from the aspects of the construction of teaching staff and curriculum,collaborative education and practical teaching.It may promote the overall improvement of the teacher s morality and lay a solid foundation for the construction and reform of the teaching team in the new era.
