摘要 通过绘制与分析CNKI核心期刊中有关教师专业发展文献的知识图谱,揭示了近20年我国教师专业发展研究的演进历程、研究热点与未来发展方向。研究发现:教师专业发展研究经历了萌芽起步、快速发展、被持续关注和缓慢下降等4个阶段,在研究背景、研究对象、研究内容、研究途径4个方面呈现规律性变化。未来该领域的发展方向可能是:国家新政策将成为推动该领域发展的新动力;教师自主发展研究将成为研究新焦点;技术支持下的教师专业发展研究将备受关注;教师专业发展评价研究将逐步深入;教师专业发展研究范式有望实现新突破。 By drawing and analyzing the scientific knowledge map of literature on teachers professional development in CNKI core journals in the past 20 years,this paper reveals the evolution course,research focus and future development of teachers professional development research.The research found that teachers professional development has undergone four stages:starting,rapid development,continuous attention and slow decline,and showed regular changes in four aspects:research background,research object,professional development content and professional development path.In the future,the development direction may be as follows:the new national policy document will become the new background to promote the development of the field.The research on teachers independent development will become the new focus.The research on teachers professional development supported by technology attract much attention.The evaluation of teachers professional development will be deepened step by step.The research paradigm of teachers professional development is expected to achieve a new breakthrough.
