摘要
口腔微生物中只有部分微生物与牙周炎的发生、发展相关,分离培养法、聚合酶链反应是两种常用的微生物检测方法,但均有其局限性。基因芯片在微生物检测方面具有优势,是一种快速、简便和有效的检测方法,其在牙周微生物检测上具有一定的应用前景。目前已有研究者利用人类口腔微生物鉴定芯片和Paro Check~?试剂盒、Stoma Gene~?试剂盒等商品化基因芯片检测牙周微生物,分析不同牙周病中牙周微生物群的组成和差异,并研究系统疾病与牙周微生物群的关系,为牙周病及相关系统疾病的病因研究、临床诊断和治疗提供依据。
Only some of oral microorganisms are closely related to the occurrence and development of periodontitis.Isolation-culture method and polymerase chain reaction are two common methods for microorganisms detection,but both of them have their limitations.Gene chip has unique advantages,which is a fast,simple and effective detective method for microorganisms,and has a good prospect in the detection of periodontal microorganisms.At present,some researchers have used human oral microbe identification microarray and other commercial gene chips such as ParoCheckkit and Stoma Genekit to detect the periodontal microorganisms,analyze the composition and difference of periodontal microorganisms in different periodontal diseases and study the relationship between systemic diseases and periodontal microorganisms,which will provide evidences for the etiology research,clinical diagnosis and treatment.
