摘要
基因在转录因子的作用下转录生成信使RNA,信使RNA可影响翻译过程中蛋白质的产生,进而影响生物学功能,这是生命科学中极其重要的内容。POU转录因子家族POU 2级同源框2(POU2F2)可影响多种免疫应答反应,并在神经元的生长发育中起重要作用。POU2F2还参与调控胃癌、前列腺癌、乳腺癌、胰腺癌以及淋巴瘤等多种肿瘤发展过程中的关键靶标,影响肿瘤的发生、发展。通过了解POU2F2与肿瘤之间的关系,探讨相关分子信号转导通路,可以挖掘出POU2F2潜在的临床应用价值,POU2F2有望成为新的肿瘤治疗靶点。
Genes are transcribed into messenger RNA under the action of transcription factors.Messenger RNA can affect the production of proteins during translation,and then affect biological functions.This is an extremely important content in life sciences.POU class 2 homeobox 2(POU2F2) of the POU transcription factor family affects a variety of immune response responses and plays an important role in the growth and development of neurons.In addition,the transcription factor POU2F2 is also involved in the regulation of key targets in the development of gastric,prostate,breast,pancreatic,and lymphoma,and affects the development of tumors.Therefore,by understanding the relationship between POU2F2 and tumors,and exploring related molecular signaling pathways,POU2F2 can be tapped for its huge potential clinical application value,which is expected to make it a new target for tumor treatment.
