Right,Rule of Law and Peace:The Exploration of Kant’s Thought on International Order

康德的国际秩序思想之目的在于打造人类社会的永久和平。这一目的之确立是基于人类拥有的三种层次的权利:公民、国际与世界性权利。为保障这些权利应构建三个维度的法律:国内、国际与世界性法律。康德的国际秩序思想包含了三个要素:共和制国家、人类和平共同体与世界性法治。

The objective of Kant’s thought on international order is to construct human society’s permanent peace.This objective is based on human kind’s possession of civil,international and cosmopolitan rights.To guarantee these rights,three dimisions laws should be established:civil law,international law and cosmopolitan law.So,Kant’s thought on international order includes three key elements:republics,the peace community of human kind and the rule of cosmopolitan law.
