军医大学临床医学学员对能力素质的认知度调查及不同性别的比较

Survey on the awareness of abilities and qualities of clinical medicine students in Military Medical University and comparion between different genders

目的调查军医大学临床医学学员对能力素质的认知度,并进行不同性别的比较,为军医大学的教育教学改革提供基本数据和实践指导。方法2018年6月以已经构建的能力素质评价指标体系为基础,采用李克特5级评价法,调查某军医大学935名在校学员对于各项能力素质重要性的认识。结果军医大学学员总体认为临床医疗服务能力、能识别并进行现场抢救、采用合理的治疗计划、持续学习能力最重要[以非常重要和比较重要之和计重要度,分别为96.7%,96.4%,95.6%,95.5%;重要性得分分别为(4.78±0.548),(4.77±0.548),(4.72±0.610),(4.73±0.602)];认为最不重要的是了解国际卫生状况和全球健康、军政素质、了解我国医疗卫生体制的结构和功能、信息技术和工具应用能力[重要度分别为80.6%、80.7%、83.2%、84.0%;重要性得分分别为(4.23±0.916),(4.22±0.985),(4.30±0.852),(4.28±0.811)]。在48项素质中,男女学员对18项能力素质的认知度差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论军医大学临床专业在校学员对于应该具备的能力素质总体认知度整体较好,也有欠缺方面。女学员对于应该具备的能力素质的认知度相对较高。

Objective To survey on the awareness of abilities and qualities of clinical medicine students in military medical university and compare them between different genders to provide basic data and practical guidance for education and teaching reform in the university.Methods Based on the constructed ability and quality evaluation index system,we surveyed on the 935 students on campus with the awareness of their abilities and qualities’importances with Likert 5-grade evaluation ways.Results Generally the students thought the abilities of clinical medical services,identifying and rescuing,applying the reasonable treatment plan and continuous learning were the most important[taking the very important and important percentages as the important degree,the degrees were respectively 96.7%,96.4%,95.6%,95.5%;the importance scores were respectively(4.78±0.548),(4.77±0.548),(4.72±0.610),(4.73±0.602)],while those of knowing the international and global health,military and political quality,knowing the structure and function of China's healthcare system,applying information technology and tools were the most importance[the important degrees were 80.6%,80.7%,83.2% and 84.0%,respectively;the importance scores were respectively(4.23±0.916),(4.22±0.985),(4.30±0.8520),(4.28±0.811)].Among the 48 abilities and qualities,it showed statistical significance in 18 ones between different genders'awareness(P<0.05).Conclusion The awareness of abilities and qualities of clinical medicine students in military medical university are generally good though lacking in some aspects.Female students have relatively higher degree of awareness than the males for the abilities and qualities supposed to have.
