应用中药内服外用治疗寻常型银屑病的效果观察

Observation on the effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine for psoriasis vulgaris

目的探讨寻常型银屑病应用中药内服外用治疗的效果观察。方法随机选取2018年9月至2019年9月本院收治的70例寻常型银屑病患者,按照随机数表法分为观察组与对照组,每组35例。观察组给予中药内服外用治疗,对照组给予常规治疗,对比两组治疗效果。结果治疗前,两组银屑病面积与严重性指数(PASI)评分比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后,组间、组内比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前,两组白细胞介素-17(IL-17)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后,观察组IL-17、TNF-α均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论寻常型银屑病应用中药内服外用治疗的效果显著,可提升治疗效果,降低机体炎性反应,改善症状,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the effect of internal and external treatment with Traditional Chinese Medicine on psoriasis vulgaris.Methods A total of 70 patients with psoriasis vulgaris were randomly selected from September 2018 to September 2019.They were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.The observation group was given Traditional Chinese Medicine for internal and external use,while the control group was given conventional treatment.The therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups.Results The area of psoriasis and severity index(PASI)scores before treatment were not significant.There was significant difference between groups and within groups after treatment(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the levels of interleukin-17(IL-17)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)between the two groups.After treatment,IL-17 and TNF-α in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Traditional Chinese Medicine orally and externally for the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris is significant,which can improve the treatment effect,reduce the body's inflammatory response,and improve symptoms,which is worth promoting.
