纤维桩修复对前牙残根残冠患者咀嚼功能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究纤维桩修复对前牙残根残冠患者咀嚼功能的影响。方法选取2018年6月至2019年5月于本院就诊的85例前牙残根残冠患者,随机分为对照组(n=43)和观察组(n=42)。对照组行金属桩修复治疗,观察组行纤维桩修复治疗。观察并对比两组患者的咀嚼功能恢复情况、口腔功能相关的生活质量变化情况。结果修复1、3个月后,观察组咬合力和咀嚼效率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,两组患者OHIP-14评分以及GOHAI评分比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后,两组患者OHIP-14以及GOHAI评分均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论前牙残根残冠患者经纤维桩治疗可有效提高患者的咀嚼能力和生活质量。 Objective To study the effect of fiber post repair on masticatory function in patients with the residual crown of anterior teeth.Methods From June 2018 to May 2019,85 patients with residual crown of anterior were selected,they were randomly divided into control group(n=43)and observation group(n=42).The control group was treated with metal piles.The observation group was treated with fiber post repair.The masticatory function recovery and quality of life related to oral function were observed and compared between the two groups.Results After 1 and 3 months of repair,the occlusal force and masticatory efficiency of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in OHIP-14 score and GOHAI score between the two groups before treatment.After treatment,the OHIP-14 and GOHAI scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion After treatment with fiber post repair,the masticatory ability and quality of life can be improved effectively.
