中药热奄包治疗对剖宫产术后胃肠功能的影响

Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine hot sputum on gastrointestinal function after cesarean section

目的观察中药热奄包治疗对剖宫产术后产妇胃肠功能的影响并探讨其可能的作用机制。方法选取2016年9月至2018年5月本院收治的60例剖宫产术后产妇,采用随机数字表法分成两组,每组30例。剖宫产手术后,对照组予以常规治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上,加用中药热奄包外敷于脐窝,观察两组治疗效果。结果术后,治疗组首次肠鸣音恢复时间及首次排气时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);两组首次排便时间比较差异无统计学意义;用药后12、24、48 h,治疗组腹胀缓解有效率均显著高于同时段的对照组(P<0.05)。结论剖宫产术后予中药热奄包外敷脐窝能促进产妇胃肠功能恢复。

Objective To observe the effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine hot-embedding therapy on gastrointestinal function of parturients after cesarean section and explore its possible mechanism.Methods 60 cases of puerpera after cesarean section in our hospital from September 2016 to May 2018 were randomly divided into two groups,with 30 cases in each group.After cesarean section,the control group was given routine treatment,the treatment group was treated with Traditional Chinese Medicine Hot-Pack applied to the umbilical fossa on the basis of the control group,and the therapeutic effect was observed.Results The recovery time of the first bowel sounds and the first exhaust time in the treatment group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the first defecation time between the two groups.The effective rate of abdominal distension relief in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group at 12,24 and 48 hours after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion External application of umbilical fossa after cesarean section can promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function of parturients.
