摘要
利用仿真软件建立了纤维过滤材料的微观模型,代入不同的设置条件,得到了对应的过滤效率和压降数据,定量地分析了流体介质、介质流速及颗粒物特性对于过滤材料性能的影响,研究了纤维过滤材料在不同工况中的性能,并进一步探讨了特定工况下纤维形态参数对过滤性能的影响。
A simulation software was used to establish the micro model of fiber filter materials.By setting different conditions,the corresponding data of filtration efficiency and pressure drop were obtained.The influences of fluid media,flow rate and particle characteristics on the performance of filtration materials were quantitatively analyzed.The performance of fiber filter material in different working conditions was studied,and the effects of fiber morphology parameters on the filtration performance under specific conditions were further discussed.
