摘要 以14.1tex精梳纯棉纱线与20tex涤纶中空纱为原料,空气层组织为基本组织,设计并编织了纵条纹、菱形花纹与心形花纹等3种花型针织保暖内衣面料。并对3种花型针织内衣面料的保暖、透气、透湿等服用生理舒适性能进行了测试。结果表明:面料的保暖、透气、透湿等性能都与织物中衬入的涤纶丝有关,心形花纹织物的保暖性最好。 Using 14.1 tex combed cotton yarn and 20 tex polyester hollow yarn as raw materials,and the air layer structure as the basic structure,three types of knitted thermal underwear fabrics with vertical stripes,diamond patterns and heart patterns were designed.The three types of knitted underwear fabrics were tested for their physiological comfort such as warmth,breathability and moisture permeability.The results showed that thermal insulation,breathability,and moisture permeability of fabrics were related to the polyester filament lining in the fabric,and the heart-shaped fabric had the best thermal insulation.
