摘要
采用理论模拟与实验相结合的方法对新能源汽车CO2热泵系统中的空调管路进行了研究。根据车用CO2系统的高温高压特点,明确CO2空调管路的特殊要求,以系统台架与实车测试的重要性能参数为指导,打破传统空调管的设计思路,全新开发一款耐高温高压的管路。并通过了一系列的验证认可试验,证明了该设计的可靠性及稳定性。
Based on the simulating calculation and testing data of real car,AC pipes of CO2 heat pump system in electrical vehicle were studied.According to heat pump system’s characteristics:high temperature and high pressure,the requirement of this part was cleared and definited,the traditional design concept was broken,a totally new CO2 AC pipes was made,which could endure high temperature and high pressure.And passed a series validation test to prove its reliability and stability.
