基于CFD仿真的燃料电池离心空压机叶轮的优化设计 被引量:2

摘要 由于传统车用涡轮增压器叶轮的效率、流量以及压比等各项性能无法满足设计要求,针对这个问题,通过调节其叶轮子午型线、叶片角度、叶片数量和出口宽度等参数,利用CFD仿真对其进行了重新设计,最终设计出了一款可应用于燃料电池离心空压机的新叶轮,并对新叶轮的各项性能进行了分析。结果表明:该新叶轮的流量增加了21.4%,设计点的压比提高了32.4%,等熵效率增加了7.5%,达到了某车用燃料电池空压机的设计目标要求。 Due to the traditional turbocharger impeller can't meet the design requirements of the efficiency,mass flow,pressure ratio,etc.For this problem,an impeller was redesigned with CFD simulation,the impeller parameters such as meridian profile,blade angle,blade number and outlet width were optimized.Finally,a new impeller which could be used in fuel cell centrifugal air compressor was designed and its performances were analyzed.The results indicate that the mass flow of the new impeller is increased by 21.4%,the pressure ratio at the design point is increased by 32.4%,the isentropic efficiency is increased by 7.5%,the design target of air compressor for fuel cell vehicle is achieved.
