摘要
结合某特种汽车转向液压系统布置,对液压系统中某部位的三通管接头进行ANSYS流体分析,得出其内部介质压力及速度分布规律。分析结果表明:三通管接头作为合流使用,压力和流速变化很小,并且对液压系统影响较小,可以满足某特种汽车设计需要。
Combining with the layout of the steering hydraulic system of a special vehicle,the tee joint in the hydraulic system with ANSYS fluid was analyzed,the internal medium pressure and velocity distribution were obtained.The analysis results show that the tee joint is used as a confluent,the pressure and velocity change very small,and the impact on the hydraulic system is small,which can meet the needs of a special vehicle design.
