基于尺寸工程的前格栅与前大灯间隙优化

摘要 尺寸工程技术的合理应用可以有效提高车身精度、满足装配需求及外观DTS标准,从而提升产品质量。以某车型前格栅与前大灯配合部位出现的间隙不均匀和不对称问题为例,利用尺寸工程的方法进行公差计算,分析问题原因并制定具体整改措施,最终使得外观质量得到了大幅提升。 The reasonable application of dimension engineering technology can effectively improve the body accuracy,meet the assembly requirements and appearance DTS standards,and thus improve the product quality.Taking the uneven and asymmetric gap between the front grille and headlamp as an example,the tolerance calculation was carried out by using the method of dimension engineering,the causes of the problem were analyzed and the specific rectification measures were formulated,so that the appearance quality is greatly improved.
