介绍了汽车线束及其成本构成与现状。详细介绍了平台化和标准化设计、架构优化和控制器集成、线束布置优化、线束技术革新、物料一对多和国产化以及VAVE降成本6种线束设计阶段降成本方法,并应用于整车开发项目中,降本效果显著。
The automotive wiring harness and its cost composition and current situation were introduced.Six methods to reduce cost were introduced in detail,including platform based and standardized design,architecture optimization and controller integration,wiring harness layout optimization,wiring harness technology innovation,material one-to-many and localization,VAVE.They were applied in vehicle development projects and the effect of cost reduction is remarkable.
