摘要
水是燃料电池电化学反应的重要产物之一,燃料电池水管理技术对于实现车用燃料电池的最大性能和耐久性而言至关重要。对车用燃料电池水迁移机制进行系统性研究,从燃料电池内部水分布情况入手,重点关注阴阳两极和膜,总结车用燃料电池内部水迁移机制,分析影响燃料电池水平衡的主要因素。分析表明:提高了质子交换膜燃料电池(PEMFC)的耐久性和电池性能,优化了水管理技术。
Water is one of the important products of electrochemical reaction in fuel cell.The water management technology of fuel cell is very important to realize the maximum performance and durability of vehicle fuel cell.The water transfer mechanism of vehicle fuel cell was studied systematically.The distribution of water on the cathode,anode,and membrane inside the fuel cell was focused on firstly.The water transfer mechanism of vehicle fuel cell was summarized.Finally,the main influence factors of the water balance in fuel cell was analyzed.The result show that the durability and battery performance of PEMFC are improved,water management technology is optimized.
