全视网膜激光光凝治疗糖尿病视网膜病变患者的效果

Efficacy of Panretinal Laser Photocoagulation for Treating Diabetic Retinopathy Patients

目的探讨全视网膜激光光凝治疗糖尿病视网膜病变患者的效果。方法选择2017年11月至2019年10月医院收治的45例糖尿病视网膜病变患者作为研究对象,均行全视网膜激光光凝治疗,分别统计治疗前及治疗2个月后患者的最佳矫正视力、黄斑中心凹厚度、视网膜新生血管荧光素渗漏面积、黄斑阈值敏感度及中心30°视野平均阈值敏感度。结果治疗2个月后,患者的最佳矫正视力、黄斑中心凹厚度、视网膜新生血管荧光素渗漏面积均高于治疗前,黄斑阈值敏感度、中心30°视野平均阈值敏感度均低于治疗前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用全视网膜激光光凝治疗糖尿病视网膜病变患者可改善患者视力情况,阻止病情恶化,保持中心视力,利于病情控制。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of panretinal laser photocoagulation for treating diabetic retinopathy patients.Methods A total of 45 patients with diabetic retinopathy admitted to the hospital from November 2017 to October 2019 were enrolled in this study.All patients were treated with panretinal laser photocoagulation.The best corrected vision acuity,central foveal thickness,retinal neovascularization fluorescein leakage area,macula lutea threshold sensitivity and central 30°visual field average threshold sensitivity were counted separately before and 2 months after treatment.Results 2 months after treatment,the best corrected vision acuity,central foveal thickness,retinal neovascularization fluorescein leakage area were all higher than those before treatment,the macula lutea threshold sensitivity and central 30°visual field average threshold sensitivity were both lower than those before treatment,and the differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Treating diabetic retinopathy patients with panretinal laser photocoagulation could improve patients’visual acuity,prevent the disease from worsening,maintain patients'central vision,and facilitate controlling the disease.
