摘要
介绍一种终端短路型交指型腔体滤波器的设计方法,并根据该设计方法设计一款中心频率为830 MHz、带宽为8 MHz的窄带带通滤波器,通过使用HFSS仿真软件进行建模仿真、迭代优化设计,最终得到该腔体滤波器的最优尺寸。与传统的滤波器设计方法相比,采用HFSS仿真后的滤波器精度较高,主要仿真参数均能够很好地满足设计指标要求,而且设计方法简单,可缩短滤波器的设计周期,提高科研效率,适合工程实现。
A design method of terminal short circuit interdigital cavity filter is introduced.And a narrow-band band-pass filter with a center frequency of 830 MHz and a bandwidth of 8 MHz is designed according to the design method.The HFSS simulation software is used for modeling simulation and iterative optimization design.And finally the optimal size of the cavity filter is obtained.Compared with the traditional filter design method,the filter designed by HFSS simulation has higher precision,and the main simulation parameters can meet the design requirements well.Moreover,the design method is simple,which shortens the design cycle of the filter,improves the efficiency of scientific research,and is suitable for engineering implementation.
