县域居民体育锻炼参与状况的调查与分析——以皖北地区县域居民为例

Investigation and Analysis on the Participation of County Residents in Physical Exercise:A Case Study on County Residents in Northern Anhui

本文采用问卷调查的方法对安徽省部分县域居民进行调查与分析,其结论为:县域不同人群对体育项目的选择是由居民的个体化体育需求决定的,体育人口规模的增长关键是提高广大群众的体育健身意识;参与体育锻炼已经渗透到县域居民的工作生活之中,居民进行体育锻炼的空间集中在公园、社区和单位内;县域群众体育工作在健康理念宣传、基础设施投入、信息平台建设和社会指导员培训等方面仍需加强保障力度,构建智能化的体育公共服务体系成为必然趋势.文章针对出现的问题,提出了开发新兴体育项目、加大人才培训力度、增强信息服务水平等建议.

This paper investigates and analyzes the residents in some counties of Anhui province by means of questionnaire survey.The conclusion is:the choice of sports items for different populations in counties is determined by the individual needs of the residents,and the key to increase the sports population is to improve the general people's awareness of sports and fitness;The awareness of participating in physical exercise has penetrated into the work and life of county residents.The space for residents to do physical exercise is concentrated in parks,communities and units.County mass sports work in the publicity of health concept,infrastructure investment,information platform construction and social instructor training and other aspects still need to strengthen the guarantee,the construction of intelligent sports public service system has become an inevitable trend.In view of the existing problems,the paper puts forward some suggestions,such as developing new sports projects,strengthening talent training and enhancing information service level.
