摘要
完善与优化《旅游经济学》课程考核方法对于提高旅游管理专业人才培养质量具有重要意义。针对以往课程教学中重结果、轻过程,重讲解、轻互动等方面的不足,提出过程考核与期末考试相结合、线上与线下交流相结合改革思路。研究结果发现:(1)课程考核方案效果良好,达到了预期目标;(2)学生主体地位凸显,80%以上的学生都能参与到课堂当中;(3)文献综述撰写效果较差,应加强学术规范的指导;(4)课程考核改革工作量大,建议增加学生助教岗位与相应的激励措施。
Perfecting and optimizing the assessment method of the"Tourism Economics"course is of great significance for improving the quality of tourism management professionals.Aiming at the shortcomings of the previous curriculum teaching that emphasized results,less process,more explanation,less interaction,this paper puts forward the reform ideas of combining process assessment with final examination and combining online and offline communication.The results of the study found that:(1)The curriculum assessment reform plan had a good effect and reached the expected goal;(2)The dominant position of students is prominent,more than 80%of students can participate in classroom interaction;(3)The literature review writing effect is poor,and the guidance of academic norms should be strengthened;(4)The curriculum assessment reform workload is heavy,and it is recommended to increase the number of student teaching assistant positions and corresponding incentive measures.
